Centeno-Schultz Attacks Other Stem Cell Clinics to Gain More Business

Centeno-Schultz is not a clinic, they are a business that runs a factory like stem cell clinic. In the last year they have attacked 6 competing Clinics with negative articles on their blog. This tactic is often seen by unethical business owners who try and push out their competition and create more growth for their own business. Christopher J. Centeno, M.D is the author of the following posts below attacking their local competition.

Let me first start off by saying that I have never been spoken to so rudely before in my life by someone on the phone. I was told that any information that I needed is on their website AKA don’t waste our time on the phone. When I started to ask about the procedures and how it worked they told me again that everything is on their website. I will not be going here. – Read more Centeno Schultz reviews on Google.

They get zero stars but you have to leave one to leave a review

I found Centeno Schultz Clinic Lone Tree, CO but be more concerned with making money versus doing the right thing. I saw Dr. Christopher J Centeno MD a few months ago. They first of all charged my insurance $1900 for a 45 minute visit, I have to pay $500 of that. Then, well of course they can help me with my knee, as well as my ankle. After I got an MRI they wanted to charge me again for MY test results. I have NEVER had a doctor charge me for MY test results.

Because of the billing fees, I got a second opinion from a well known ortho group in the Denver area, who is known doing stem cell as well. They said it would be a total waste to do stem cell on my knee because it is so torn up from sports and life that treatment would give me a couple of months of pain relief at best. But Centeno assured me they could help, no conversation of surgery, for the cost of $6500 to $7500ish.

I strongly suggest getting second opinions before letting Centeno do anything to you!!! They will take your money but after that no guarantees. Many of the reviews comment on a rude staff, I would call them more robot like, they aren’t in it for good bed side manners or true patient care. – Read more Centeno Schultz (303-429-6448) reviews on Google.

The cost explanation was very misleading. I was told that insurance would not cover the procedure and that I had to pay in full up front. I agreed. Then a month later I received a bill from the clinic for an additional $700. I called the billing department and was told that this was the amount remaining that insurance would not cover. I explained that at the time of scheduling, that insurance was not an option. The representative said ,”she has had several clients confused about this. The billing manager refused to adjust the bill. My wife and I have been patients of Dr Schultz for many years and think he’s great. But this is very disappointing and we won’t be going back to Centeno Schultz Clinic Lone Tree, CO. They need to train their people better.
